“I am feeling excellent – another great success for me last night – another social event – with cocktails and appetizers to start – I was able to abstain from all alcohol all night, and also enjoyed celery and carrot sticks with guacamole….nothing else!  Then, for dinner, enjoyed a large salad with sliced steak – hold the blue cheese!  I felt great about my ‘willpower’ or lack of desire for any of the bad things…..it was very easy – not really willpower….
Another thing – you know how you mentioned how the world brings you what you need – or desire……..I received an email from a company I was looking into about one year ago….I’m wondering if the universe is telling me that it is time to seriously investigate this opportunity!! At first it seemed like a coincidence that I told them I was not interested last August and they stopped contacting me – and, 10 months later, THIS WEEK, I received another email from them!!”
